The Living Area…
and the combined kitchen/dining room overlook the sea and the pine forest. There is also air conditioning, a smart TV, a fireplace and a cozy reading area.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the two larger suites have air conditioning.

1 children’s room with bunk beds and a trundle, sleeps 3 children
1 shared bathroom on the main floor
1 king bedroom on the lower floor of the house
The Kitchen…
is fit for gourmet cooking & entertaining. There is an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer and a coffee machine. Just out the front door from the kitchen there is an outdoor dining area next to our Mediterranean herb & citrus garden where you can find some inspiring ingredients. There is also a BBQ grill.
The Terraces & Gardens…
the views from Casa Degotis are breathtaking & unmatched! From the upper terrace, you can watch the sunrise, see the ships pass by and enjoy the breeze through the pines in our Mediterranean garden. The lower terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy our private pool. There is a third terrace outside the kitchen with a dining table & a grill.
